Jaime began her career in database systems before joining Microsoft in 2006 as a Database Consultant. While at Microsoft, she discovered her passion for understanding what drives employee performance and helping people achieve their full potential. Over the years, she honed her expertise in identifying performance blockers and creating practical strategies to unlock individual and team success.
In 2014, Jaime left Microsoft to pursue advanced studies in Organizational Psychology, focusing on how people work, at work. She returned in 2017, applying her deep understanding of performance psychology to train future leaders and drive impactful outcomes in complex organizational environments.
In 2025, Jaime left Microsoft once again—this time for good. She now devotes her energy towards her passions, blending her love of performance science, creative strategy, and intentional design into projects that spark curiosity and drive meaningful change.
Jaime lives in Minnesota with her husband and holds a Master’s in Applied Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Colorado State University, along with dual Bachelor’s degrees in Physics and Psychology. She is passionate about bridging the gap between theory and practice to create workplaces where people thrive.
